Ingredients
  

For the Cookie Dough:

  • All purpose flour
  • Cream of tartar
  • Baking soda
  • Salt
  • Unsalted butter softened
  • Granulated sugar
  • Brown sugar
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla extract

For the Cinnamon Sugar Coating:

  • Granulated sugar
  • Ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Heat your oven to 375°F and line two baking trays with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, mix flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt. Keep aside.
