- 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes halved
- ¾ cup canned chickpeas drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Kalamata olives sliced
- ½ cup feta cheese cubed or crumbled
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (optional)

- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1½ tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 small garlic clove finely minced
- Salt to taste
